Peek uses a credit-based subscription. You choose a monthly budget, such as £5, £10, or £15+. You receive credits to fill your creator squad after VAT and fees, and you can reuse those credits each month by making substitutions. You can increase your credits at any time via the customer portal.
What subscription options are available?
Fans can subscribe from £5 per month, with higher tiers available for those who want more squad choice. You can also build a custom plan.
Can I change my subscription?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription, change your squad of creators each month, and update your payment details. Upgrades are applied on a pro-rata basis, with your new monthly amount billed from the 1st of the next month.
When am I billed?
Subscriptions are billed monthly. If you join partway through a month, your first payment is pro-rated, then billed in full from the 1st of the following month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. You’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
